In the category ERP environment, different role sets are created, each with one or several roles.
General notes about the concept can be found under Section 4.1.5, “User-Role concept ”.
Central point when setting up the ERP environment is the rights administration. See Section 1.3.9.9.1, “ Rights administration ”.
The rights and thus the user interface can be specifically designed so that part selection and new creation of parts can be controlled.
In category ERP environment, you activate or deactivate ERP.
In this category you will find the following subitems:
Database connection: Definition of the database connection (e.g. MSSQL, Oracle, etc.)
Roles: Define roles - e.g. which ERP table columns should be shown, if there should be export restrictions, etc.
Role sets: Define which roles belong to which role sets and display sequence
