After installing the msi package, all security-relevant configuration files are encrypted under CADENAS_SETUP\*.cfg from V12.13 onwards.

This is the only way to access the content via PARTadmin.

The information is not only available via the program help, but is also displayed under PARTadmin -> Configuration files category -> Documentation dialog area if the file, block or key is selected accordingly:
