Directories and projects within the index tree have an associated context menu with commands.

The number of commands in the context menu depends on the rank and type of directory.

Context menu commands on the main directory Catalogs.

Properties
Display indices [Display indexes] / Display index
- Update all
- Include missing directories in the display index [Add missing directories to the display index]
Full-text search indexes
- Create all catalog search indexes
- Create non-existent catalog search indexes [Create not existing catalog search indexes]
LinkDB search index
- Create all LinkDB search indexes
- Create non-existent LinkDB search indexes [Create not existing LinkDB search index]
Geosearch indices [Geometrical indexes] / Geosearch index [Geometrical search index]
- Create/update all
- Manage fingerprints
Check link index
Add to favorites
Suppress display [Suppress appearance] / restore display [Restore appearance]
Sort catalogs

Here you have available the most extensive context menu.

Note

With ERP functionality, the display of individual catalogs/directories in the PARTdataManager can be suppressed depending on the role.
