A secondary mouse click on the top element in the Configurator dialog area (here still "<Unnamed>") opens the corresponding context menu.

At the top level (assembly) you will find the context menu commands Expand tree [Open tree], Properties and Edit in PARTdesigner.... [Edit in PARTdesigner...]
