6.5.4.1.1. Show status of the file
6.5.4.1.2. Update selected working copies format

6.5.4.1.6. Check in project (set read-only)
6.5.4.1.7. Upload changed data of the project to the server

You can find the context menu command Versioning system both on directory and on project level.

Some of above mentioned commands are only available for the project level. Otherwise the functions are identical in principle.
