Show graphics in table (if available): A table may also contain columns with graphics. If you wish to also display these files per default, please check this option button. Hereby only the preselection is controlled. Via Default toolbar -> Show graphics in table you can switch on and off the graphics anytime.
There are two display options for the graphic size:
Selecting "Large", please note that this may cause the column size to increase greatly (vertically). However, you can change the size by using Ctrl key + mouse wheel anytime.
If this option is activated, in the Table view, preview images are displayed per line. (Only possible if these have been really generated [normally by administration before].)
Variable for preferred rows: In this field, specify the variable (column), which shall be used as preferred row column. Mostly this will be the column ERP_PDM_NUMBER. [120]
Both when browsing through directories and projects and when searching the depiction in index and table will initially happen with activated preferred row function.
If the function is enabled, in the index, only those directories are displayed, which at least have one part with existing ERP_PDM_NUMBER.
If the function is enabled, in the table, only those rows are displayed which have an entry in that column.
Variable for alternative part: If you set a checkmark here the part, which is closest to the preferred part in the table, will be transferred to the CAD system as a meta file. This function is only supported by certain CAD systems.
With activated option the class variables are displayed in addition according to the selected classification (here exemplified eClass 7.1). This functionality is also available for your own classification. Section 5.12.15, “Apply own Class system ”.
Choose, which topological values you want to have displayed in the table in addition.
Above each table column you can find a symbol to change the sort order.
The option Sort digits as numbers only concerns columns which contain a mixture of number and text and only becomes visible if the sorting explicitely happens in the respective column.
For the sorting the value of the total number is considered, so that a natural sort happens.
The whole string is taken as text and so the leading number has higher priority than the total numerical value. See following figure.

When you wish to differentiate identical parts via the material then activate the Show material selection option.
Thereby in the table a "virtual" column "CNSMAT" is displayed for the material selection.
Before the export you open the Enter value dialog with a click into the respective field.
In the
Enter value dialog all materials are listed
which are set up in the material.cfg.[121]
Basically, at value range columns colored icons are displayed. Additionally, columns can be colored.
Columns can be marked with the property to open a program or document once a cell is being clicked by manufacturer.
These columns
are marked with a document icon 
. When activating Color document columns under Extras menu -> Settings... -> Table, they are colored in green, in
addition.
Changes require restarting the program.

With activated option, ERP column headers are colored with a fine line in addition.
Table restrictions: Via conditions you can restrict the table. For example D > 20. The combination of conditions is possible as well: D>20.AND.K>15.
Columns to hide: Columns not to be displayed can be specified here. For several columns use comma separation.
