1.3.8.3. General conditions

The following framework conditions must be in place for semi-automatic classification using geometric training sets to work:

Geofingerprints must be available
The data must be available in PARTsolutions or in PARTwarehouse (can be switched in the classing.cfg )
The PARTapplicationServer must run with the service PartWareHouseService so that the classification is executable.
Special case PARTwareHouse
- Geoindexes must be available. If there are none, the index updater must run and create them.
- A PW database must be available so that the classification can be committed.
Ensure client-server communication: Only then will commands such as uploading changes to the classification server (commit) [Commit all changes to classification server] or updating changes from the classification server (download) [Download all changes from classification server] work. See also Section 1.3.13.1, “ Set remote connection: No component displayed”.
