7.13.1. Configurator function

In the docking window configurator [Configurator], individual parts can be combined to form complex assemblies [Assemblies].

Components can only be configured to an assembly if they have been assigned connection points in the PARTdesigner Connection points have been assigned to them!

A set of rules [Set of rules] is then created in the configurator [Configurator], which links the components with each other using the connection points [Connection points].

The set of rules states...

...which connection parts will be available for the Start element in PARTdataManager,
...at which points these parts can be added to the start element and among each other
...and how the corresponding table should be dimensioned.
