In the ERP system or PDM system, which also performs ERP tasks, a trigger (SAP: BAPI) ensures that the data changes are transferred to ENTERPRISE 3Dfindit.

The trigger calls up PARTdataCenter with the dataset to be updated; PARTdataCenter adds the dataset in the LinkDB.

Triggers must be written specifically for the existing ERP system.
