After the update installation, you will find further helpful information in the PARTlinkManager using the values from the ACTIVE_STATE and REQUESTED_STATE columns.

Via columns "ACTIVE_STATE" and "REQUESTED_STATE" you get notes at which projects an automatic mapping was possible.

Data records that could be mapped (the mapping information is to be understood as a suggestion and is not to be equated with a definitive assignment!) are displayed twice in the PSOL project [PSOL Project] column in the PARTlinkManager, as a current version without version number and as an old version with version number.

Datasets which could not be mapped are displayed once as old version with version number.

Older versions are marked with a time stamp in the PSOL Project column in PARTlinkManager. The higher the number, the newer the catalog version. The current version has no time stamp.

You can hide the old versions via icon .

Customize the column display in PARTlinkManager.

Under Extras menu [Extras] -> Configure ERP environment, you can make desired, helpful columns visible or move important columns to the front by holding down the mouse button.

These value changes are generally applied, independent of the project changes in particular.

The value change is immediately visible in the Update Manager [Update manager], in the PARTlinkManager and also in the PARTdataManager.
