2.2.5.2.3. Reference part

Reference parts can be determined in the duplicates area on the right. Possible candidates for this are Main Parts and ToCheck parts, but not duplicates.

Selecting a part as a reference part has the following effects:

The icon is colored -> to indicate the active status.
The similarities of the candidate listare recalculated according to the new reference part. The similarities displayed in the ClusterInfo are not affected and continue to show the similarity in relation to their main part.
The variables in the candidate list change their color (red, green, grey) according to their reference part (see next point ).
The reference part is given an icon in its card.
