The structure tree contains all search directories and is the central source for the analysis progress.

The structure tree contains all search directories
If a node is selected in the tree, all results and the statistics overview are updated immediately.
If a filter is active, the tree only shows the filtered nodes.
The tree is updated on an ongoing basis:
- when setting or removing annotations in the cluster
- for structural changes (e.g. deletion of a main part with consequences)
- on closure / reopening of a cluster
Each node marked in the tree as "Completed" with green increases the overall progress,
regardless of whether a cluster was completed automatically or manually.
