explains the individual commands:

Switch tree on/off [Tree on/off] (toolbar) or Show tree (menu): Depending on the setting (see next button), the directory tree shows green and red or yellow folders.
Green for parts: These are linked in the LinkDB. Red for parts: These are not linked in the LinkDB.
Green for directories: These contain at least one part that is linked in the LinkDB. Red for directories: These do not contain any parts that are contained in the LinkDB.
Filter tree using the LinkDB entries [Filter tree based on LinkDB entries] (toolbar) or display tree filtered [Display filtered tree] (menu): Only parts and folders that contain links in the LinkDB are displayed. The folders are displayed in yellow.
