In principle, the following applies:
For security reasons, update both server and clients to V11 SP9.
The server is compatible with old clients (protocol did not change basically)
For administration only a client with V11 SP9 should be used. Strictly avoid old clients.
Old clients would not request a server password when saving/creating the cluster. In this way one could circumvent protected access to the server. That's why it is not supported anymore.
In addition, the old PARTadmins do not check whether the licenses are correct for the cluster, which happens when clicking on .
