3.1.2. Basic workflow
for "direct" PDM linking
When exporting parts from 3Dfindit to a CAD system, the system queries whether the part already exists in the PDM/PLM:
If Yes, the
part is automatically fetched from PDM/PLM and opened in CAD
system.
If No, the
part is generated in CAD and then checked in into PDM from
there.
