Via right-click, in the 3D view, call the context
menu.
In order to create published elements
on axes, points, etc., select Select sketch.
-> The
dialog box Select sketch is opened.
For example,
if you want to create an axis as "published element", select the
respective sketch (here in this example "Axis: Sketch
1").
Confirm with OK.
