Note
If
intersecting edges shall have different sizes, then this cannot be
accomplished by the only use of the Blend feature, but only by a
combination of Base
extrude (sketch) and Blend.
Example:
The
following figure shows that a fillet has already been created by
sketch (green marking).
On the 3D
model, mark other edges to be rounded (red marking) and in the
context menu, call the command New Chamfer/Fillet....

Note
Chamfers/fillets, which follow only one
axis, should be created by sketch. Chamfers/fillets, which go along
at several axes should be created by the Blend feature. The latter
ones could not be directly integrated into the sketch by geometrical
reasons. An extrude can only model a chamfer/fillet in direction of
extrusion.
